Bruce serves as the “boots on the ground” for all stages of TNR projects. His ambitious attitude, strong will, and tenacious work ethic all developed from over seven years in the industry. He went to Louisburg College in North Carolina, and Hillsborough College in Tampa, Florida, for Business. After college, Bruce took off to play Major League Baseball with the Minnesota Twins as a pitcher for a total of seven years. His career took him to Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico – to name only a few places. During his off-seasons he would always go back to where his foundation was, using his hands to help with various remodeling projects. He continues giving back by going on annual mission trips to build homes for the needy in Central and South America.
Prior to starting his own business, he worked as a Regional Sales Manager for three years at the same leading exterior home remodeling company as Anthony. Throughout his life, Bruce was always inspired by his grandfather who had been in the home remodeling business for over thirty years; for most of his life, he had dreamt about one day breaking into the industry with a company and team of his own. Given his drive and family background, Bruce always holds himself to the highest standards when managing projects for those that open their home to TNR workers and representatives. His team admires and emulates his ethic of daily self-improvement, as he considers his personal goal to be “to polish [his] awareness and skills so that we can be the top home remodeling business for our community.” Bruce works to make his employees love to come back to work and enjoy being on the job – all of which translates into first-rate service at every level.
